In this entry I will be reviewing Sgt Rock and Roll, of Hasbro's G.I. Joe Series.

First, who is Sgt Rock and Roll. Fair question as it is not as mainstream compared to say, Duke, Snake Eyes, Destro, or Storm Shadow.

Dubbed as Machine Gunner, his real name is Craig S. McConnel, and his rank is that of Sergeant E-5 (later promoted to Staff Sergeant E-6). Rock 'n Roll was born in Malibu, California. This is according to his Wikepedia page.

This toy that I have was originally released in 2008. I got mine, ten years after via seller from Facebook. Not carded but the condition of the figure is very well tight.

My interest in getting this figure, despite it's being relative unknown is my friend used to have this figure back then. Yeah, it's that shallow.

At any rate, the 2008 iteration of the figure, just like most of its cousins is top notched. Great attention to details, pose ability, minimal but practical accessories or weaponry, highlighted by its MACHINE GUN and AMMU.

I am not sure if this figure is inspired by Chuck Norris. But it is totally bad ass.

SH FIGUARTS SHAIDER UNBOXING, REVIEW, AND NOSTALGIA

Shaider is another of my childhood superheroes. He represents coolness to me. Blue Hawk, Bavilos, Time Space Warp. Matrix Projection, Shooting Formation, and Super Blaster and all.

So it was a no brainer when I saw an SH Figuarts figure in Bangkok in Thailand that I should get it. By the way, this is a web exclusive from Tamashi Nation.

For this shoots I am using a crappy celphone camera. So bear with me.

It has the standard coolness of a SHF figures. The only issue for me is the limitation on the position of his right leg due to the holster.

If is full packed with accessories. The ordinary and laser blades. The laser blaster. Extra head. Six pair of hands for different purposes.

Shaider is on of the Space Sheriffs. To be honest, I don't care that much on the others. Shaider is cool enough for me not to think of anything else.

Cool poses from crappy cameras.
