X-MEN CLASSIC 6" CYCLOPS VS MARVEL UNIVERSE 3.75" CYCLOPS REVIEW AND COMPARISON

Hello there.

Cyclops has been one of the more unpopular X-Men characters there is. He is not as cool as say Gambit or Wolverine. He was maligned in the X-Men Movies. Caused some of the worst happenings in the Marvel Universe.

Yet, be as it may and in spite of that, Cyclops is my favorite X-Men. The boring, stiff guy is my X-Men of choice. Selfless and borderline crazy courageous.

So it is with great pleasure that I present you, Cyclops in his Jim Lee costume glory.

This one is from X-Men Classic 6" toyline by Toybiz.
There are lot's of cyclops variety in the 6" scale. Some reasonable, while others are absurd. But for me, the only one that matters is the Jim Lee costume version.

So, from the 3" inch scale also is Cyclops Jim Lee version.

The hair sucks, too much styling. Lips are awkward. Very thin frame as well.

Head sculpt is perfect for me.

Face to face, side ways. Little Scott looks menacing. While Big Scott, MEH!

One thing I don't like about Big Scott is the supposed belt like strap. Very thin. His visor though if you take a closer look has a ruby quartz effect.

Playing horse. They practically have the same articulation. Except that the head of the 6" cannot look upward. Which makes it frustrating since you need to. OPTIC BLAST!!!

Scott. Jean. Your the only one in my heart.
Let's enjoy the night, shall we?

A few notes on acquiring these figures. Both are supposed to be hard to finds. I was able to grab the 6 incher way back in 2006/ 2007, I cannot remember exactly at the local store at regular price.

While the 3 incher I got, 1000 km from my place, at a very unreasonable price at all.
