Iron Fist is from Marvel Comics. He is a martial art expert, which regimen includes taking mystic power from a dragon. Hence the dragon tattoo and the power of the Iron Fist.
Blanka is one of the recognizable characters from Street Fighter. Easily mistaken or taken as a combination of Wolverine and the Hulk, he is the Brazilian Feral.
Now what if the two have met and engaged in a street fight. This will be a classic case of finesses against brute strength. Speed versus power.
Blanka is not really a major character in the street fighter series. Recognizable, yes, but not the type that most would select, compare to say Ryu, Ken, or Guile.
Iron Fist on the other hand, had his moments, especially during the martial arts bloom in the US. He had his solo comics, and even a significant member of the Heroes for Hire.
Close encounters would favor Blanka. Especially with his long nails.
